Each cooking class contains 3 elements:
Coaching! An overview of the symptom-du-jour and tips for overcoming. We will look at food choices, meal timing, tips to bolster digestion, as well as other factors needing to be considered. You will leave feeling better prepared to support your specific digestive issues!
Cooking! We will learn how to utilize functional foods, scientifically shown to support your gut symptoms, to create a beautiful meal together. All food, materials, and cooking supplies are provided for participants.
Eating! We will enjoy a healing meal together as we continue to get curious, asking and answering questions about the topic of the evening. Just the act of sharing a meal with others who have similar issues is healing in-and-of itself.
